BIM Technician

We are looking for a BIM Technician to support the delivery of complex projects across the water, buildings, and industrial sectors. You will work within a collaborative design team using BIM and Digital Engineering tools to produce high-quality coordinated models and construction information.
Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate REVIT and AutoCAD 2D/3D models.
• Create and manage REVIT families.
• Coordinate models using BIM 360 Glue and Navisworks Manage.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary design teams to resolve clashes and project issues.
• Support project delivery by producing high-quality construction information.
• Review and improve BIM processes and workflows.
• Respond to site queries and support smaller project delivery.
• Share knowledge and best practice within the wider technical team.

Requirements

BTEC HNC (or equivalent) in a construction-related discipline.Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.Understanding of BIM standards including BS 1192 and PAS 1192.Knowledge of CDEs, coordination software, and 4D programming.Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.RC detailing skills and site experience are desirable.
